Miami Club Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

01 General Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of the Miami Club platform and all associated services. By registering on Miami Club or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted all of these terms.

These terms may be updated from time to time. In the event of any changes, we will notify you via your registered email and post a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To be eligible to use Miami Club's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online gaming is not legally prohibited in the country or region you are accessing from.
• You are using your own name and your own payment account.
• You are participating of your own free will and using your own funds.

02 Account Registration & Verification

To register an account with Miami Club, you must provide accurate and complete information. Miami Club reserves the right to verify the details submitted during registration.

Single Account Policy

Only one account is allowed per person, household, or IP address. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and funds may be forfeited.

KYC Verification

Identity verification (KYC) is required for withdrawals above a certain amount. The following documents may be needed for KYC:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A utility bill or bank statement for address verification.
• Proof of payment method ownership.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all financial transactions at Miami Club:

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳100.
• Maximum deposit: ৳5,00,000 per day.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 per day.
• A maximum of 5 withdrawal requests can be submitted per day.
• Typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will always be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

04 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Miami Club offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. These bonuses are available and redeemable subject to specific terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus

New members get a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit. To claim this bonus:

• The first deposit must be made within 7 days of registration.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• To withdraw bonus winnings, the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 10 times.
• The wagering period is 30 days.

General Bonus Policy

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used to play games.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled once their validity period expires.
• Miami Club reserves the right to cancel any bonus if irregularities are suspected.

05 Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when playing games on Miami Club and cover all game and betting categories.

Fair Play Policy

All games on Miami Club use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be predicted or controlled by anyone.

Betting Limits

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
• The maximum bet limit for a single Sports Betting event is ৳50,000.
• Higher bet limits may apply for VIP members.

Disputed Results

In the event of a dispute over a game result, Miami Club's server records will be the final authority. If a game is left incomplete due to a system error, the bet will be refunded.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Miami Club and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or concealing your identity to obtain bonuses.
• Playing on behalf of a third party or using someone else's funds.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Any attempt at hacking, cracking, or technical manipulation.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Cheating or colluding with other users.
• Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
• Using automated software or bots to play games.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

Miami Club may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Where there is suspicion or evidence of a terms violation.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• In cases of unusual or suspicious transaction activity.
• Upon instruction from law enforcement authorities.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance remaining prior to closure may be withdrawn, provided no terms violation has occurred.

08 Responsible Gaming
